Order Processing

Every Yasumoti product is made especially for you after you place your order. Because of this, production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Please note that production times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times after production are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

We may from time to time offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $70.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
