Because our products are made to order, production begins quickly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.
Shipping - How long does shipping take?
Most products are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Estimated shipping times within the United States are generally:

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $70.

Returns and Refunds - Can I return my Order?
Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
